INFORMATIVE OUTLINE OF THE “ART AND FAITH” PROJECT
“Art and Faith” Project: guided visits to the Vatican Museums, to the Vatican Gardens, and to St. Peter’s Basilica organized by the Museum Administration and reserved exclusively to Priests and Seminarians from throughout the world. Cost of the Guided Visit: There is no charge. The Museum Administration is issuing the tickets, and the Congregation of Missionaries of Divine Revelation offers the guide service, developed through their own docent guide services. Frequency of the Visits: three weekly guided visits, for groups not to exceed 25/30 persons (exclusively priests and seminarians). Three languages are planned: Italian, Spanish and English. Reservation Information: Guided visits can be reserved by telephone at (39) 06 6988-4676 or (39) 06 6988-3145 or by FAX at (39) 06 6988-1573, or by email at accoglienza.musei@scv.va. Reservations will be confirmed by the guides by the means of a reservation code, given directly in the event of a telephone reservation, or which will be sent in the case of a reservation made by fax or mail. Visits Begin: for the guided visits at the meeting point at the “Guided Visit” ticket office located on the upper level of the atrium of the entrance to the Museum. In addition to the reservation code, one should also present a “celebret” or other documentation proving one’s status as a priest or seminarian.
